Winter Weight Workout Day 28. No time for the gym today so Im joining my guys in their personal training session. All upper body in a circuit. If youre trying this workout please use weights you can handle and keep good posture at all times. Dont forget to breathe, stay hydrated, and take breaks when necessary. 4 - 5 rounds of this circuit is plenty to get a good cardio burn while also building muscle. Down 9 pounds with 27 to go by March 23. #NoExcuseZone.
