Winter is never warm with only Jackets, shoes are important to make winter easy for children specially when we know that Infrastructure In Gaza is too bad. This is the first shoes project and hopefully not the last. It is necessary to ensure good shoes for winter specially when you see the shoes our children wear ( look at the last two photos as an example.) We have chosen the poorest children from a school at Al-Shujaeia neighborhood. 20 students enjoyed shoes, umbrellas, hats and scarfs. Some of these children are from a very poor families, some lost their homes and live with their neighbors, some suffer from particular medical conditions and some are still traumatized as they refused even to smile. Overall, children of Palestine are always leading a life full of misery and are always in need of help and support. This small project had a very positive effect on children. They ran to their classes with much joy soon after the distribution. All respect to Julia Kaya who noticed the shoes condition of some children in some photos and decided to help them. She paid much attention and concern about children and always was worried about a very small thing to many but a very important and needed thing for children, the shoes. You got a special place in childrens hearts. They thought that you are here in Gaza and wanted you to visit them at there school. Hopefully one day this comes true for them. Childrens smile is the best I can do to express our gratitude. #FreePalestine #GiveUsHope
