Wish me luck! Im in St. Louis this week taking the MedicoLegal Death Investigators Training Course, a one-week, two-credit college course given by the St. Louis University Medical School. Ill keep writing Dead-End Job books, but Ive been longing to return to my roots and write darker mysteries. Im writing a death investigator series, like CSI. Im the only civilian taking this course -- its 112 law enforcement and medical professionals. Classes start at 8 AM and end at 5:30. Today I saw way too many slides of burned and dismembered bodies, but its fascinating. Take a look at the classes.
