With Health Care Reform going into place, are you confident that you know enough about it to understand if you have a good plan in place? I have had discussions with a couple employers today and they did not understand Health Care Reform enough to know if they are compliant. Just because your employer is providing you "benefits" for major medical, does not necessarily mean it is compliant. There is a key word that everyone needs to know, is it affordable and does it meet the guidelines. Now, the next thing goes back to what my parents told me as I grew up, you get what you pay for. As health care reform rolls out, is it affordable? What are you exposed to? I would love to visit with any business owners to review with you what all this health care reform stuff means. Some will ask, am I an expert? The answer is no, but I am working with a leader in the industry that understands the health care system that is being implemented and we have a long track record on helping companies.
