Family, friends, runners, walkers, stumblers, kids, etc... Please join the Purple Shiners for Shriners team at Cause + Event with us this year! Last year our team of 50+ people raised over $2000 for Shriners, and we mean to exceed both numbers this year! The date has been moved up to September 13 (Saturday). There is a 5K ($30), a 10K ($30), and a new half marathon ($70) distance. HALF of every entry goes straight to Shriners! Plus, there are two race distances for kids, and both are free. :) There is also the virtual option again this year for everyone that has other plans that day or does not live in the area. So far we have a team of two. If we can at least be a team of five by tomorrow (July 31st), well be entered into the team name competition. Plus, if were the biggest team, Shriners will receive an extra $250! I have no words to describe how the amazing people at Shriners have changed our lives this past year. If I write too much, Ill just tear up and have to finish this later, but I do know that Willas life will forever be better thanks to Shriners. And we want to give back. Will you help us?
