With a full moon coming up this week, it is no surprise that this card has come up. The energy the last few days has been very intense. Archangel Haniel showed me this week how to manage emotionally when the energy feels so strong. Ive found it overwhelming at times, but she guided me to wear moonstone, spend time in the moonlight, practice yoga, meditation, and deep breathing. She also showed me that when big energy comes up it sometimes stirs up stuff that is better out than in. It can be really confronting, and can prompt soul searching and deep reflection. But out of this comes growth, and understanding, and solutions. I feel a big shift coming this week, after the full moon passes.
