With a sad heart, we have to say goodbye to our Dear Friend and generous benefactor Mark Belair. Tina, his beloved wife, and Mark were among the 1st to join as vendors here at Fossas, but before that they donated 100s and 100s of dollars worth of equipment, Darby Creek products, rugs, lots of their time and a shoulder to complain on. Mark was here from day 1 cooking in our kitchen (with a silly hair net over his entire head) and helping us learn how to use the wood fired oven. He would call Tina or Markie and say, get another air pot over here quick or we need a crockpot, get Lee & Markie to bring a tall ladder over, a sign has to go up or go buy some fish to put in the fish chowder. He would fly in the door, take charge, then fly out again, saying I send that stuff over... Mark & Tina have donated to Dexter in more ways than people even realize. My (our) hearts go out to Tina and family, because Mark is one man that will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Mark.... Thanks for being you!
