With all the Facebook years in review and all the stuff happening in my life Id like to respond to so many p.m messages and rumors with this . I have been on Facebook shy of 10 years. Ive been fairly open book with my life , history , family and accomplishments . Youve lived my joys and comforted me in pain . Never ever have my values, style , or type of posts ever changed. Rather it be love, kids , travel, business, loss, God and my beliefs and prayers and hopes . Its all been here truthful and on my sleeve. (I do not do politics or play games on here) I have only blocked or defriended once in all those years and that was a few months ago when I learned how brutally I was being abused by some for personal gain that has become apparent and public . Here is the deal. Im me. I believe in stable family and home life . When I see that corrupted and damaged I call it out. And when that is responded to in an inappropriate manner and without empathy or respect I call it out. When that proves true to my fears I let it out. Im blessed to be out and alone and returning to a life of honesty and true love. What I have seen heard and felt in recent weeks affirms after great pain and gut wrenching memories and concern for little lives that I have made the right call. I had no choice . I was told where it was heading and what was coming and it happened overnight when I was unable to respond due to my own childs health needs. I was set up. Form ur opinion . Im no judge and I dont care really. Children and family loyalty and commitment come first with me. Fail to agree and we disagree. I love those who care and I respect those who dont. That simple. 2015 is a new year. Lots to deal with right away and then new life ...same direction...I havent changed . Ive always been a loving caring husband , dad, stepdad . Brother , and friend to thousands Ive met in life and they remain with me. So Im not changing. I love the towns of Clarksburg , Salem, Clendenin, Charleston. My family for over 100 years has played a part in life in these communities and Im not going to walk away. Ive got a new career coming . A new start, a new vision and I hope you all will hang in there while I get it underway. Its been a fantastic Christmas. And the New Year is poised to be a new beginning for us all. Thanks for your friendship, love , support and interest in whatever my life is to you. I live it for me and those I cherish and live to protect and provide for. I love those that make life that much more enjoyable and I try to reciprocate. Thanks FB friends . My New Year starts tonight . The past is behind me. God bless.
