With all the Winter Activities going on this year in Vermont it may be hard to believe that Maple Sugaring Season is not too far away. Beginning March 1st. Bragg Farm will be hosting our annual Sugar on Snow parties. Every Fri. Sat. &Sun. from 12:00pm till 5:00pm through the months of March and April ! We will be serving our traditional Sugar on Snow which is made up of an old fashioned unsweetened raised donut, warm thick pure maple syrup, beverage :coffee ,tea ,milk,or cider, a bowl of snow ( shaved ice cubes) AND a dill pickle! If you have never had this Maple Syrup Treat, you are missing one of the North Countrys best loved traditions. Chef Alton Brown claims its the best thing he ever ate ! We have added on a new room,so bring you family and friends with you !
