With all the negative press thats been just flowing out against trucking in the past couple of months, and the law offices that habitually make up false statistics about truck related accidents, its about Time that something positive about truckers came out! Its not every day that something like this happens, and YES, it shows that truckers DO care about people involved in accidents (unlike the driver of the service van who drove around the debris, instead of stopping to help. THAT one driver, for instance, recognized that there was a life involved, who may have had a family member that would be upset at their loss. And that driver took action to save lives, where others might just sit and watch! Personally, I cannot stand rubber-neckers, all they do is look to see if anyone got beat up, and Very often, cause after-accidents. Major rule of thumb, if you have the physical ability to stop and help,.... DO SO, even Offer to help, but dont just sit on your blessed assurances and watch. Truckers DO IT, with Honor!
