With deep regret I have decided not to pursue an association for us CCM appreciators, nor a annual conference/festival featuring those great pioneers of music that we enjoy so much. I have been promoting such events since 1973. During this period I have promoted numerous PHIL KEAGGY concerts, in fact we hold the national record for producing the most shows. Recently I had a concert with PHIL that went Belly Up, we lost quite a bit of money and still owe out a substantial amount- seems to grow daily. Been promoting a annual concert with Phil since about 1973 and have never lost a cent! Lost Big Time this year!! Due to this, I have pretty much decided that my concert promoting days are over, even though I believed I was born to do them. I simply love my wife to much to ever put her through this again! So again, I can pursue this and possibly put my wife & I through the ringer financially or Back Off and wonder for the rest of my days what might have been? Guess against my earlier nature, I will opt to play it safe because I dont need to incur a great dept , nor do I desire to put my lovely wife whom I love through this again. Sorry for any dashed hopes of such an event.. Blessings to all of you!
