With hearings expected to start next week in his committee, Sen. Troy Balderson was to introduce legislation today to freeze the states renewable energy and energy efficiency requirements originally passed as part of 127-SB221. According to the Columbus Dispatch, Senate President Keith Faber (R-Celina), who was involved in the bills writing, wants it passed before legislators begin their summer recess.
