With my 60 + tickets, I am typically not the most fond of police. That being said, being in a relationship with a police officer has made me appreciate them more than I ever would have. With all the bad news about the cops going on today I thought I would share that today, I got to go shop with the cops of flowery branch. They raised over 6,000 dollars this year for children who are less fortunate. We were able to spend $350 a child and they all got wonderful presents for Christmas. It was amazing getting to see the mother, who Jake and I got to work with, go home with several carloads full of toys valued over $1000. Talk about a great Christmas for her kids and a wonderful thing that these men are doing, that typically go unrecognized because were so busy focusing on the bad things that happen.
