With my friends Dr. Barbara Aisha (USA/Pakistan) and Dr. Atle Hetland (Norway) in Islamabad during my diplomatic party hosted in the honor of Excellencies Ambassadors of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan -March 2013. To tell you the truth I could not have survived without these friends when in Islamabad. Mid 2013, when almost everyone at the Area Study Center, QAU started behaving as my enemy, I survived with the support of these friends. None, literally none at QAU or in Islamabad hosted my farewell parties before traveling back to Washington. I am grateful to Dr. Barbara Aisha, Dr David Jones (Canada/USA) and Dr. Atle Hetland for organizing my farewell parties. In fact, the Omar Khayyam movie event at Marriott was also my farewell party organized by Atle. I am also grateful to Excellency Ambassador Richard Olson of the United States of America, who invited me at his dinner party before traveling back home.
