With our difficulty at swim lessons previously with Cadens instructor, I have solely been dealing with the head of swim. She opened classes specifically for my kids. Unfortunately they filled up immediately with other kids as we are not members and members get preferential sign up. So I left a message for the head and said lets fix this. Completely full classes everywhere and every time. As of 20 minutes ago, both my kids have back to back swim lessons with new instructors on Saturdays :). Mess with my kids and I will ensure you know the way you need to behave and treat them. I very professionally and kindly thanked her for her time and help in this matter.
