With regard to the article Saudi immigration officers should greet visitors with a smile (Apr. 25), give Saudi Jawazat a break, you all! Most people hold e-passports with electronic chips these days and their biometrics (finger/iris/facial scans) are already stored together with old passport details. With the visa waiver system or with the applied visa in our passport, we are all going through e-gates without being greeted by human immigration officers in many countries now. Human passport counters will soon be a thing of the past.
