With regard to the term government, one possible mission statement might read: A corporate entity [in effect precisely like a Starbucks, IBM, Exxon, etc.] whose sole intent is to design, enact, perfect, implement and maintain methods to herd mass perception to create scenarios, violent and non-violent, perceived or otherwise non perceived, in order to maintain a stasis of rapidly fed confusion, fear, and mediocrity of movement which serves the regional, continental, and global monetary system as administered and overseen by autonomous provinces such as Washinton, D.C. for North America and The City of London for Europe, for example, on behalf of the City/State popularly known as The Vatican [See: Vatican Bank; BIS, Basel, Switzerland; and SMOM]. Some of the time-proven methods include murder, wars and rumors of wars; the appearance of appreciation of the common welfare through deeds and programs that ultimately serve the desired control of perception by the creation and maintenence of dependant classes (in the form of both paid servants, agents, sub-contractors, or passive/compliant contractors known as welfare and Social Security recipients); division of the individual human psyche as well as groups with the inverted purported intention of unification; intimidation and coercion to contract with said government through the threat and partially random use of censure and punishment through the threat of force and viloent force up to and including death; the effective application of supporting propaganda through corporate owned mass-media outlets which propagate mostly scripted scenarios as reality with the exception of authentic accidents, individual or conspired acts of true criminality, or force majeur; and the maintenance of both the industrial primary and secondary educational systems primarily through funding and legislation. Funding and legislation of man-made code, statutes, acts, treaties, laws, etc., which drive the systems of jurisprudence that maintain both the contractual (agreed compliance) and ever-fluctuating definitions of legal and illegal, with the exception of Equity or Capital transgressions, are the most common methods of ultimately fraudulently enforcing the charters designed to maintain the farming and parasitic nature of all structures which require both individual and collective desires for power and dictatorial power for such corporate paradigms of population control to flourish. This is all done, in the United States anyway, in the name of supposed rights guaranteed by a document once adhered to prior to corporatization known as The Constitution - the successor claim to the Articles of Confederation and Bill of Rights with regard to an expression of aspirations toward a more perfect Union of common human desires in balance with the liberties necessary to manifest this pursuit. Simple observation shows that a corporate structure need not adhere to any stated, commonly implied, and/or ratified mandate with regard to respect and protection of absolute aspects of being against all forms of tyranny, commonly referred to on lower philosophical planes as rights, but merely claim to do so.
