With snow on the ground it is probably time to bid farewell to any serious climbing for the 2013. Its been a good year for my climbing. Things I accomplished this year: Climbed a new personal best of 5.10c (top rope) Lead two 5.10a routes I had not before. Onsight 5.10a Onsight lead 5.8 Learned to trad climb (thanks Jared) Climbed in a new state (New York) Was involved in teaching a few dozen young people climbing. Eagerly looking forward to climbing season 2014, with a few goals. By the start of spring season: I plan to be thinner and stronger. New rope. I am starting a stretching regimen (or yoga if I can I a class I like) to become more flexible. During 2014 I would like to: Get a lot better at steep terrain. Top rope 5.11a at least once Consistently lead 5.10a Learn to aid climb at least a little Climb a multipitch trad route Climb in at least one new state Climb in Zion Who wants in?
