With the rush of our schedules within each day, with the responsibilities and daily chores we have to attend daily, with all the things we want to do and accomplish, there are moments which we tend to neglect spending silent quality times with You, our Beloved Lord. Some of us get busy in serving You but we forget to get to know You more personally, thus, we serve the Master whom we know just by mind and not by heart. Our sweet Lord, grant us the discernment and wisdom to know when to stop and rest in Your bosom to simply listen to You and the desires of Your heart. Help us to remove our unnecessary schedules which fill up our day so we can set aside moments of intimacy with You in prayer. Like Mary who chose the better part of sitting at Your feet and listening to You silently and attentively, may we choose the same. Quiet our thoughts and our hearts and in this stillness, unite our hearts to Your heart and fill us with the joy of Your Presence. Our Gentle Lord, cradle us in Your loving arms. When we allow the world pull us away from You, catch our attention and remind us unceasingly of our time together. Do not stop, our Dear Lord, until we fix our eyes on You. Help us to fall in love with each day, each moment of our lives. These we pray with the heart of Mama Mary and all the Holy Beings in heaven. Amen.
