With the storm activity from the weekend before last in the West Bend area there seems to be an increase in the storm chaser activity. I have some advise: 1) Call a contractor you have used before for home maintenance. 2) If you need a suggestion of a local contractor call your insurance agent. 3) Just about any contractor will come to check your house for damage, not just the storm chasers that showed up in your neighborhood. 4) Even though some say they are local, they are storm chasers and will be looking for the next storm to chase. Have you ever seen their trucks in your neighborhood before? Have any of your neighbors ever used them for the normal home maintenance items. 5) Ask if their crews are ALL LOCAL or will they be hiring crews from far away.
