With the threat of freezing precipitation, we want to remind you of the procedures we follow to inform you of either a delay or cancellation of the school day. First, we will post the schools status on the homepage of our website (HIllCountryChristianSchool.org) by 6:30 a.m. Secondly, we will send an email via Veracross and a text message to families who have opted into our One Call Now system. If you would like to opt into that system, text the word Alert to 22300. Please note that we do not necessarily follow the decisions of local public schools, as these schools have different determining factors such as bus routes and rural school locations. Furthermore, please do not rely on local media as we do not inform them of our decision. As always, please exercise your discretion as to whether or not to bring your child to school.
