Woke up feeling muuuccchhhh better today. Thanks for all the prayers and concern fam! I literally had a shut down yesterday where my body was like NOPE Im not doing anything so peace, be still! Aside from being up all night with Carson, Im now up moving about and ready to conquer the day.... but yes, I know.... take it easy! I am.. I promise (my little white lie).... But seriously fam, thanks for the prayers. I sincerely appreciate it. Just to share as many of you expressed tons of concern, I suffer from hyperthyroidism, so my body is always overworked, and in the words of my doctor, Your body is like driving a fast car, with your foot always on the gas and never letting up... EVER!.... (which clearly explains why I cant sit still, wake up at the crack of dawn, and always looking for something to do!) Theyre trying to get me to do radiation treatment / surgery but Im pursuing alternative means for now. However, what tends to happen and what happened this week is this... After working out on Tuesday, my body was extremely fatigued and its as if it couldnt restore itself. I took a nap and thought that would help, but I still woke up extremely exhausted... Wednesday I figured It was just something that would go away, however, I felt totally drained on Wednesday.. then Thursday... and yesterday, I just couldnt even stand up. Its as if no matter how much I slept, my body never felt rested and it just couldnt restore itself.... forcing me to lay down, even if I wanted to sit up, I couldnt! So through much prayer, and scheduled appointments to see specialists, Im up and moving about... but with caution. This definitely puts a little monkey wrench in my fitness routine until I know whats going on. Im only sharing this publicly because sooooo many people have been texting, inboxing and calling me and I sincerely appreciate everyones concern. You all are truly my virtual family, so I wanted to let you know whats going on so you can be up to date. Ill keep you posted on my progress... But Im praying and believing in God to put me before the right people that will assist me in healing naturally. Im not worried one bit cause My assignment on this earth aint done yet.. So no worries, this chic aint going nowhere untili I complete the task that Ive been assigned to complete on this Earth;) Love ya Fam, and thank you again for all the love and prayers!
