Woke up full of emotion and gratitude this morning. Watched the sun rise while listening to this incredible piece of music this morning and reflected on my journey through life. The struggles, the heartbreaks, the times I never thought Id be able to move out of the darkness, all the people who told me that I was never good enough. And I look at my life now (which is by no means perfect) and Im amazed and humbled by all that has happened. The struggles and the hard times were part of my growth and Ive achieved things that I had never even dreamed of and would never have believed possible. I am so humbled by the people who stood by me and supported me through the darkest of times, the people who saw in me what I could never see and chose to not walk away. To my oldest of friends, Grant, your continued support and friendship and unwavering faith in me has nearly brought me to tears so many times, I can never thank you enough. To so many of my friends, Vanessa, Warren, Leigh, Paige, Shaun, Mike, Julius, you have all supported me and believed in me when even I didnt. Thank you. I could never have come this far without you. Kevin you chose to give me a chance without even knowing me and youve given me the gift of wonder and a belief in myself again. I am incredibly honoured to be able to call you one of my dearest friends. To the people who are helping me find my way back to myself (especially you Maree and Cassy).
