Woke up like any other day, Luna gave me a look, she wanted to go outside and meet the lady upstairs dog. She has a cocker spaniel, from the time she goes outside it barks and whines..Owner makes no attempt to settle the dog. I dont allow Luna to go ape shit out of respect for others that might be sleeping.. Luna ran right up to this little yapper and pushed her to the ground, gave her a little bark and sniffed her..All the while, the owner is just standing there in disbelief. To my surprise, the dog shut up.. It did yap as Luna was walking away, Luna turned and repeated the events, as if saying shut it I told the owner look even my dog is annoyed you do nothing to control your dog #rudeneighbors
