Woke-up pondering how my life has increased and expanded over the past few years. Things I did, not long ago, when I contemplate doing them now seem stagnate and suffocating in many, oh so as it should, ways. Letting go wasnt always easy - still isnt at times - but when I think about life is change and how delicious it feels to be in the flow - in allowing - in the ahhh - that feels so right. I can allow it to drop away. Thing is there is no destination - just expansion over and over and over and more and more and more. Helping others expand more and more and more. Experience more and more and more....ahhhhh!
