Woke up this morning feeling fresh as a daisy with my bags packed an ready to go because today is the day I get to leave this god awful rock they call Cyprus and get back to beautiful England after 4 long years of being away, however I am going to miss 2RRF as it was from back in the Germany and hounslow days has it was a top battalion but quiet frankly how the battalion has been as of late I am very relieved to be moving on and on to something new, on the other hand there are a lot of good lads Im going to miss and wish them from the bottom of my heart the very best of luck wherever they go.... Hope to see you all again somewhere preferably not on the deck leaking claret haha.. Take it easy boys look after yourselves..
