Woke up this morning in Gods favor...happy, blessed n contented... on my merry way and reach to place that serves ppl... the person back is turned.. Me:good morning, am i to late for the offer? Him:(back still turned)wait a minute Me: ok(walks around 7 minutes later still waiting while he talks) Me: excuse me Sir, but I would like to know if the offers stands or not? Him: But i told you wait 2 minute Me:(keeping calm) Sir no offense but u told me that 2 min x 3 and then some. Him: But i told you wait. Me: Sir you can talk to someone fine but you have a customer. First of all your manners are terrible Him: How? ( attitude changes) Me: When you work at a desk you answer with morning facing someone not your back to them... Then you dont forget you have someone waiting on you... and its Monday morning put a smile on your face... Him: Well i dont feel like being here! Me: you have a job so thats a good reason to be here and whether or not you want to be here is not the customers problem its yours you got up n came so be nice Im smiling so smile back.... Him: miss you seems to be on a misson today Me: yes and thats to find out from you if the offer still stands (wide grin) Him: (laughing) yes miss it does... boy you brightened my day... Me: good.. can i have.... and please continue to smile with the rest of your customers.... Who would have thought this would have ended that way.... expected him to explode or be very harsh but smile helped change the whole reaction..... remember manners carries you through the world!!!
