Woke up this morning only to realize this is not a dream. Its very much real. At twenty-nine years old I have a trachea. Its ugly, weird feeling, painful as of right now and sort of scary to be honest. For a second I was sad thinking of all the things im not going to be able to do. How this is going to be a bother in my life. Heres the reality for the FIRST time in a really long time I can breath effortlessly!! God granted me an alternative to the necessity of living life. I get just a little bit more time on this beautiful earth with the ones I love and that my friends is a blessing in its self! There is still ways to go in my recovery. The Doctors have to find out exactly what caused the Vocal cord paralysis. Today they are checking for any Auto immune and Neurological diseases. I am blown away my the amount of thoughts, and texts that I have received. Thankyou! I ask for the prayers to continue. Pray for the Doctors as they try to discover a cause. Pray for my children as these last few days has been really hard on them. Pray for my Husband and family as this is tough on them as well. Pray for healing without any complications. Agian Thank you!
