When hamburger is cooked add salsa, black beans rinsedl, and stir. Now layer in pressure cooker hamburger mixture , Mexican 4 cheese blend cheese, one flour tortillas and repeat layers till mixture is gone. 12 min pressure cooker time. Let sit 8 min. Open seal valve. Top with chesse. Im using sharp chedder Topping. put lid on and let sit until cheese softens or melts. Ranch dressing or creamy italian Serve with your favorite sides. Mine will be romaine lettuce and your favorite chips. Quick and yummy!
