Sean is now opening his hands more. He is able to grasp his keys with assistance. His seizure medication had been increased for the third time, he has been having s lot of tremors with seizures and his arms, hands, legs and feet often are purple with a 6 second capillary refill. We are trying to get an oxygen monitor, he is waking up grey tones. He had more vision testing at CCVI and did pretty well except a couple of tests which we can work on. We were suggested water therapy for Sean to help loosen his muscles in hands and arms from the seizures. We are working with insurance on finding a home health agency for s nurse at night. We are all worried about what he does in his sleep. One morning he has a seizure so bad that he was grey and it took me 10 minutes to get him to up and alert. Sean is doing better on following with his eyes. He was not following to the right but now will almost all the way. He is laughing and cooing. We have OT again for his feedings. Still has MRI scheduled for January and an ARB (brain stem response yet) for the same time. VER (vision evoke response) test was also abnormal. Sean found his feet last night. Will post more as we move along.
