Woman sues after US agent sets up fake Facebook page in her name. ow.ly/CopRq Sondra Arquiett, who was arrested on drug charges 2010 for her alleged role in a suspected drug distribution network, is suing the agent in federal court in the Northern District, in upstate New York. She says the agent used photographs from her phone, which authorities confiscated, to set up the Facebook account as a way to contact suspects in their investigation.
