Women For Palestine Ahrar center for Prisoners studies and human rights has called on the PA to join the International Criminal Court (ICC) according to the recommendations of ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda especially after the international recognition of the Palestinian State on November 29, 2011. The director of the center, Fouad Al-Khuffash, said that Bensouda’s statements, concerning the Palestinian right to join the ICC, must be exploited by the PA to accelerate the prosecution of the occupation leaders at international courts.
