Women empowerment !! I am seeing husbands becoming like body guards when wives become political representatives irrespective of MLAs and other cabinet ranks too. I also heard that so called elected reps / husbands are insisting rather harassing people to involve their names in the list of invitees. Right from campaign we see husbands asking votes and their pictures in flexis without fail . Well , we know that in Sarpanch level, 99% men only manage the show. Some times its become family affair also. I dont know why entire family takes part in the work. Professional should be a professional work. When man is in position women takes care of the house and family. I also heard that men are there to manage money matters as women are weak? Is it ? Shall we call it women empowerment?
