Wonder why the Plant City gave this new manager a $26,000 raise after he agreed to the $135,000 agreement? Mr. Herrs drive is now far less shorter distance than to Tampa,he already lives in Lakeland, so to state the city will not have to pay moving expenses does not pass the smell test. Mr. Herr must be dancing with glee at know he can get monies without having to bargain for them. What will he do for the extra $21,000? Another question for Mr. Sparkman, as a savvy business man, what rational can you give for being so generous with the City of Plant Citys peoples money? What will Mr. Herr do for the generous gift? Why does Mrs. Mathis state Mr. Herr will save the city on moving expenses? He lives in Lakeland which is much closer than to Tampa, where he was already driving. Im sure Mr. Herr really wanted to be cuddled in the warm nest of Plant City. Youre Welcome Mr.Herr, now will you reconsider lowering my tax bill. Im not much on math but I do know the number of dollars that I have to pay this year is bigger than the number of dollars on my last years bill.
