Wondering about conceiving 4 months after having a baby? Im exclusively breastfeeding. My baby was born in December and I got my first period in February. I havent had a period since, so Im about 3 weeks late. Do the menstrual cycles regulate after the first one or is it just all up in the air? Ive taken three hpt tests but all are negative. Ive been feeling like Im going to get my period for about a week now but nothing yet. I had what looked like implantation bleeding 5 days ago. I mean, it was barely there. Could that have been a period? Im so confused! Why am I still cramping if that was a period?? Any insight would be appreciated!-Anonymous
