Wondering if I had a Balaams donkey moment walking the dog this evening about 10:30. No, the good St. Bernard Babe did not turn and speak to me, nor was I on my way to curse the Israelites and, no, an angel did NOT suddenly appear ahead of me with a sword drawn. What did happen was the Babe twice suddenly stopped and wanted to head home, first from our usual route and then a few minutes later on our alternate route. This has never happened before and guess Ill never know why, but well save that question for a face-to-face with God Himself someday.
