Woo hooo. I am looking forward to seeing three old friends from the Promiseland (my old neighborhood in Morehead) today. They decided to come visit the old guy in Myrtle Beach. Raymond Lewis, Donald Guthrie and Richard Willis. That sounds like a law firm, "Lewis, Guthrie and Willis." hehehe We were real life Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn types. We all had good families (which made for a great neighborhood) ,and we lived at a time when children were in a pretty safe world, so we could be adventurous, even mischievous, without being criminals or sociopaths. Some of us were family and the rest were like family. These guys helped make my days of youth a great time.
