Worcester needs a comprehensive Marketing Plan.Half the people in the City dont know what is going on and where..All the information about various events and activities in the City is fragmented, and not coordinated. I should be able to look at one computer site to find out whats going on that day or even for the week.Also there is no coordination between downtown activities and neighborhood activities.The City has to reach out to neighborhoods to get them involved and working together to make downtown a more viable place to be.Transportation ,parking, and costs are issues that have to be addressed.One person or agency must be responsible to undertake this effort.A city this size , and the resources it has available should be able to do this.No excuse why it cant be done!
