Word from our niece, Sara Willis Fehr, Mikes sister, Diane Willis, is in the hospital in Indy, undergoing intense testing to see if, finally, she will be a candidate for a heart transplant. Im sure that many dont know, or remember that she has/had congestive heart failure. Im not sure of the technicalities, but Diane was, I think more than a year ago, rushed from Evansville, IN to Indy, they lost her several times while trying to put a pump in her heart. Good news is that the pump was finally installed and effective. In the meantime, through her many surgeries, her blood flow was so compromised that she lost her rt leg, below the knee and her left arm above the elbow. In no way related, she and Mike share loss of limbs. Please, I ask of all of our friends, to say a prayer that she will be accepted into the transplant program.
