Words cant express on how #happy Im feeling today, it was only last week Wednesday when I could only stand after spending 11 weeks in cast after Achilles tear, to think it took me the next day to take my first step and the following day to take steps, unsure when Ill be able to drive again,well guys I achieve that goal today Im back in the car and driving after 11 weeks getting back into some form of normality. They always say In training you put in the hard work and one day youll see the benefits. Well today my hard work paid off listening to my physio and making sure I stick to my exercises. This feeling of achievement is so immense of joy and happiness I had to express it by my victory dance! I still have far to go as running and jumping is still a far distance away. Thank you guys for your support and comments and those that have helped me through this journey.
