Work SMART, not hard. Look at successful people in the industry...mirror their behaviors. If you are not sure exactly what/how they are doing it, ask them. If you are not willing to put in the work, than dont expect to be successful. There is no free lunch in this industry, but once you hit stride and start seeing success, the lunches get REALLY good.
