It the problems are not soon remedied, tens of thousands of Vermonters are at risk of losing their health insurance coverage on January 1, 2014. Fundamental to troubleshooting any problem is: 1.) Recognizing that there is a problem, and 2.) Completely identifying the problem BEFORE you throw money at it, and in this particular case, 3.) Solve the problem or if necessary, cut your losses, and start over regardless of who wins or loses politically. In other words, let the chips fall where they may!
