Workforce Development has an opening for our Austin office! CAREER COUNSELOR Workforce Development, Inc. seeks to fill a full-time Career Counselor position in its Austin (Mower County) office. Duties: Provide career planning services including the development of employment and training plans. Administer and interpret assessments, provide job search and placement services, teach job search techniques to individuals and groups and deliver case management for program participants. Requirements: Experience with culturally diverse populations. Proficiency in managing support databases and using Windows 7. BA/BS degree in human services or related field required with experience in counseling. Knowledge of area resources beneficial.
