Workforce1 has partnered with TD Bank to fill multiple customer service, bank teller and financial representative positions: BANK TELLER Hourly Wage: $10.00 - $15.00 Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • 0-1year related experience preferred • Superior customer service skills • General math skills • Detail orientated and able to function in a fast-paced and changing environment • Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Hourly Wage: $17.00- $20.00 Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 2-4 Years of related experience • Sales skills with the ability to influence customers • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Teller experience helpful • Demonstrate effective problem solving skills • Demonstrate ability to schedule and prioritize work • Demonstrate ability to work independently and within deadlines • Ability to train less experienced team members • Strong PC skills • Complete core training requirements • Successful Certification as a Consumer Lender (CCL) • A satisfactory criminal background check, a credit report, and a review of information from the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR) regarding any administrative, civil, or criminal findings by any government agency are required by federal law for this position (Regulation Z, 12 CFR Part 1026). FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES Hourly Wage: $22.00- $25.00 Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 1-2 years of related experience • Knowledge of retail banking products and services • Sales ability • Excellent communication skills • Customer services representative experience helpful • Developing knowledge of retail investment industry • Relationship building skills • Self-directed, with developing ability to plan own activities to achieve sales goals • Good time management skills • PC skills • Life and health insurance required within 3 months of employment.
