Working as the NGO resource strategist for the Johannesburg based KING LUTHULI TRANSFORMATION CENTER FOR SOUTHERN AFRICA,KLTC was challenging but fun for many reasons 1. it gave me an opportunity to learn about the unique contributions of coretta scott king,wife of america`s civil rights leader martin luther king jnr to africa development 2. it gave me opportunity to learn about the hidden stories behind the works of nobel laureates Dr maartin luther KING jnr and ALBERT LUTHULI whose maternal cousin,dr thokozani matthew gumede will later hire me as executive director,educatiin and training of PARTNERS INTERFAITH INDUSTRIAL MISSIONS OF SOUTHERN AFRICA,PIMSA. Dr Gumede actualy founded PIMSA after he broke up with KLTC which he also co founded 3.my KLTC work gave me the opportunity to assess, review and shortlist all the final national entries for south africa`s top award for the woman,the 2005 SABC2 SHOPRITE/CHECKERS woman of the year south africa national awards. A cape town child with disability won in one of the award categories for her NGO work,showing that age does not determine sucess 4. my work as NGO Resource strategist at KLTC also gave a platform to help KLTCmentor nearly one hundred south african NGOs it help start from scratch, 5. my KLTC work also gave me a platform to launch the GENDER RIGHTS AFRICA project and publish the results of of our opinion survey on the popular practice of gender based violence in south africa. copy of the reseach findings was posted in gg.ca before UNESCO,UCLA school of law etc copied our work and renamed it Zonke gender justice network.lol 6. My work as KLTC, NGO resource strategist gave me opportunity to contribute,my teachings to panel discusion seminars like those we held with lindi myeza of the institute of contextual theology, the evolution seminar that pitted my against south africa`s greatest expert on evolution. AlthoughDr philip tobias stayed away from the seminar which was hosted by former gauteng premier to discuss the contents of one of my book which I was forced to publish in 2004,EVOLUTION CREATION AND RACISM, his university of witswatersrand will later connive with former south africa president thabo mbeki to turn my inspired ideas into a human origins center with former president mbeki taking credit for it.hahaha
