Working at AXA means so much than just a desk job. We’re committed to playing a positive role in society and encourage all our employees across the globe to participate in community programs that help protect those at risk. In Thailand our AXA colleagues, such as Oana and Patcharee, are working with CARE to improve water management systems for rice fields and farming areas. Farmers in the northern region are very vulnerable to climate changes and natural disasters but with the support of a community-based adaptation project, we can help these farmers protect their livelihood.
