Working from home requires a lot of computer time and sitting for long period of times can be dangerous. Take frequent breaks and get moving! Use a counter height area to stand while you are working. Be sure to get some exercise in daily. Go for a walk! The money you are making does you no good if your health suffers and you are not there for your family. Take care of yourself work from home moms!
