Working on the paperwork for Patriot Defense Foundations, Inc. 501(c)4....I have met with our accountant before Christmas and he was encouraged about my mission and gave me some good advice and good points to cover. What I need is this. I will be the Executive Director. My husband will be one Board Member....I need two more Board Members. I would prefer business owners or similar. I would also prefer they be in Florida but that is not a must.
