Working with a group member to get the military presses right. The military presses should be included in your regiment just as squatting, deadlifting, and bench pressing is. A very important movement aiding in core stability and leg strength. As you can see the weight of the bar is too far forward and the stance is a little off resulting in lower back pain (lack of hip and core strength) . Feet dont look firm but hes getting there! (Form looked much better when shoes were taken off) Working to improve thats what its all about! GET SOME! TOP FLIGHT IRON
