Working with the County, volunteers, and local non profits we have been planning and have dedicated resources towards helping the homeless population throughout the city (specifically at Journal Square) - trying to solve it once and for all or at least have an impact. I will say a lesson I have learned though, the Port Authority is literally the most dysfunctional executive leadership I have encountered. That said it may be good to have them as a neighbor because they are so bad, they make everyone else look as if they are on top of their game.
